Description:

During this presentation, I will be covering the Small Employer Pension Plan Startup Costs Credit and the Small Employer Automatic Enrollment Credit. We will be discussing:
• The amount of the credit and the duration the credit may be claimed
• What form is used to claim the credit
• Who qualifies for the credit
• Eligible startup costs
• The automatic enrollment tax credit
• What is a highly compensated employee for pension plan purposes

Jeff prepares tax returns for individual, corporations, partnership and trusts. Jeff has recently agree to be the in coming Chapter President for CSTC SD North County.
