California Adjustments (with Updates)Keeping up with all the items of nonconformity on the CA return can be daunting, especially since the federal laws keep changing and CA keeps on staying the same. 2025 gives us a new conformity date, which means that we’ll have a whole new set of adjustments to make. In this class we will take a look at key areas of nonconformity and the Schedule CA adjustments needed to properly report these items on the California return. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify nonconformity items that require Schedule CA adjustments 2. Recognize the proper reporting of these items on the Schedule CA 3. Discuss the latest updates to CA law and the impact on CA adjustments
