Description:

· Sole proprietors, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps all have specific regs related to handling the various COVID19 loans, grants, and credits.
· Understand what credits your employees may be eligible for, whether they've applied for them or not, and how this may affect their tax preparation for 2020.
· Tax year 2020 is the final year you can elect favorable tax treatment for your client's 2018, 2019 & 2020 NOLs; be sure you get this coded correctly when you prepare the 2020 taxes.
· Federal and California differences on the treatment of COVID-19 credits and benefits
