What would you do when faced with an ethical situ ation? The class will be an interactive review of real life situations expe rienced by various tax preparers. Attendees will receive a description of a situation that took place in their office. They will be asked to evaluate if this situation presents an ethical question/Circular 230 situation. What are the possible options to address the situation while keeping our practi ce and our wits intact?
