The Employee Retention Credit (ERC), created by th
e CARES Act, is the most overlooked payroll credit that was offered to smal
l businesses. Most practitioners ignored the ERC because businesses that re
ceived PPP funding were not eligible to take the credit. Those rules have c
hanged and now businesses who received PPP funding can still qualify for th
e ERC. In this 1-hour seminar, you will learn who qualifies, how to calcula
te the credit, and how to fill out Form 941 and Form 7200 to get your clien
ts the cash they need to continue to operate their businesses.
