Topic: 

In this course, tax professionals will delve into the world of social media to explore how tax planning advice is disseminated and interpreted in the digital age. Through a series of case studies, interactive discussions, and practical examples, participants will learn to distinguish between effective tax strategies and misleading information propagated through popular social media platforms. By analyzing real-life scenarios and examining the impact of trending social media trends on tax planning, participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to guide their clients towards sound financial decisions.

Graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2001. After 20 years of developing into an expert equestrian he naturally transitioned to the tax industry in 2009. David brings with him over 25 years of management and customer service experience. His passion is defending taxpayer rights with a no-nonsense approach and representing clients in front of the IRS and other agencies. He has volunteered to hold many positions with the state and local chapters. Currently, he is serving his second term as President of CSEA.
