Topic: 

First, we will explain the creation documents, getting the federal ID number, what you need for payroll ID numbers, as well as sales tax ID numbers, and the various licenses and permits needed by local cities and counties.

Then fast forward to dissolution with what documents are needed to file with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, sales tax agencies, etc., plus how to zero out the books and close retained earnings.

George Teats, CPA
George obtained his CTEC credential by taking the 60 hour-course through ISTC, predecessor of CSTC, back in 1985. He later earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cal State Fullerton in June, 1987, and obtained his CPA license in February, 1990. In August 1990, he opened his own accounting practice in Santa Ana, California, where he continues in the same location. George’s practice concentrates on small business entities. He prepares corporation, partnership and LLC tax returns, along with assisting the owners, and other individuals with their personal and trust and estate planning.
