Description:
The presentation of the Federal Schedule C, will take the participants through a line-by-line review and analysis. An effort will be made to define the concept of "Ordinary and Necessary Expenses" for various types of business. Likewise, the speaker will present a comprehensive and thorough review of the Federal Schedule E, Rental Real Estate Enterprise.
Speaker:
Anthony Bustos, EA Mr. Anthony Bustos has served as president of the California Society of Tax Consultants from 2006 to 2008. He was employed by the Internal Revenue as a Revenue Agent whose job it was to audit individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations. Anthony is an enrolled agent and presently has a practice located in Tustin, California providing tax preparation services, business entity planning and represents clients in audits, special problems and collection matters.is an enrolled agent and has a lengthy history of being a speaker on a number of tax subjects over the years. He has previously spoken at many different CSTC events.
