Description:

This presentation will cover California property tax rules, such as what constitutes a “change in ownership” that would trigger a reassessment and what rules have changed due to the passage of Proposition 19. The presentation will also discuss possible planning strategies regarding real estate to avoid property tax reassessment when transferring property as part of your estate plan.
