2023 Summer Symposium Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

The California Society of Tax Consultants, Inc. (CSTC) is a nonprofit organization for the benefit of tax professionals throughout the state of California that delivers quality education, monthly networking opportunities, CTEC, EA and CPA credit. CSTC’s membership of over 900 professionals spans throughout California boasting over 14 chapters.

CSTC has a well-deserved reputation for its educational opportunities for tax professionals and offers sponsorship, exhibit and advertising opportunities during educational events as well as year round exposure through the website, “The Reporter” e-newsletter and email advertising.

CSTC understands valuable marketing dollars need to be maximized and show a return on investment. CSTC has designed this prospectus with vendors and advertisers in mind. We offer several sponsorship opportunities to help your company, firm, or association stand out, introduce and advance new products and services and increase exposure. 

CSTC offers a unique package for exhibitors and sponsors, giving them the ability to advertise during CSTC’s two events for the price of one.

Sponsoring companies will be recognized throughout CTSC’s events via signage, promotional/event materials and communications, and on the website. Other benefits are available depending upon the level of sponsorship.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorship must be in writing to CSTC by May 19, 2023. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after May 19, 2023.
