Welcome to the California Society of Tax Consultants, CSTC The California Society of Tax Consultants, CSTC is a non-profit association dedicated to using its resources for the benefit of members and the public that they serve. CSTC is all about educating and keeping members up to date so that they excel as tax professionals.
